1. Scope of This Policy
This policy describes how SyedZawar LLC handles returns and disputes related to wholesale inventory purchased from suppliers. This website is not a consumer storefront, and this policy does not apply to end customers who purchase products through Amazon.
2. End-Customer Returns on Amazon
Products we purchase are sold to end customers through Amazon FBA. Returns, refunds, and customer service for those orders are handled through Amazon's standard FBA return process, according to Amazon's own policies.
3. Wholesale Purchase Disputes
If a wholesale shipment we receive is damaged, incorrect, or does not match the agreed purchase order, we will contact the supplier directly to resolve the issue according to the terms agreed at the time the order was placed.
4. Defective or Non-Conforming Inventory
Where a supplier's own terms provide for replacement, credit, or return of defective or non-conforming inventory, we will follow that supplier's stated process. Any such terms should be confirmed in writing when a wholesale account is opened.
5. Communication on Returns Matters
We aim to raise any issue with a wholesale shipment promptly after receiving it, and to communicate clearly with the supplier until the matter is resolved.
