We reach out to a supplier or brand, or respond to an inquiry, and introduce SyedZawar LLC as a wholesale buyer for Amazon FBA.

Account & Terms Review
We review the supplier's wholesale account requirements, pricing tiers, minimum order quantities, and any resale or marketplace policies.

Product Evaluation
We evaluate which products are suitable for our purchasing plans, based on demand, pricing, and marketplace fit.

Purchase Order
Once terms are agreed, we submit a formal wholesale purchase order and complete payment according to the supplier's terms.

Fulfillment Preparation
Received inventory is prepared and labeled to Amazon FBA requirements before being shipped into Amazon's fulfillment network.

Ongoing Reordering
We track performance and plan future purchase orders, maintaining a consistent, long-term ordering relationship with the supplier.

How products are sourced
We only pursue products from suppliers willing to open a formal wholesale account with stated pricing and terms. We do not misrepresent our intentions or business status during outreach.
How orders are processed
Purchase orders are submitted in writing, confirmed against the supplier's minimum order quantities and pricing, and paid according to the agreed terms before shipment.
